In late 2011, a group of Cambridge University alumni decided to found the Cambridge Scholars’ Programme. We loved our time at Cambridge and wanted to let high school students from around the world experience Cambridge too - and develop academically, socially and culturally. Our mission is to inspire, challenge and educate academic high school students to help them achieve their best.
We did extensive market research to create the most enriching summer opportunity. We hired some highly recommended academic tutors who also had experience working with teenagers, and organised fantastic trips and activities. The Cambridge Scholars’ Programme was born!
Our first summer in 2012 was a great success. It was a very exciting time to visit the UK, with the London 2012 Olympic Games about to start. London was buzzing with excitement and the Olympic Rings were hanging from Tower Bridge. The students had a wonderful experience, and many went on to top universities including Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard and Princeton.
We have continued ever since 2012. The Cambridge Scholars' Programme 2025 will be our 14th year.

Regretfully we were unable to operate in 2020 and 2021 because of the restrictions imposed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
